Position: Storekeeper

Reports To: Finance Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The Storekeeper will manage routine store activities, including inventory control, supplies distribution, and maintaining an automated inventory database. They will also handle purchasing, inspections, and supplier relations while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and reconcile all incoming materials with purchase orders.
- Track, document, and resolve discrepancies in received orders.
- Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Manage inventory within established minimum and maximum levels.
- Pack, price, label, and process supply as needed.
- Rotate stock and coordinate disposal of surplus items.
- Oversee freight handling, equipment movement, and minor repairs.
- Maintain ethical supplier relationships and manage the supplier database.
- Create and process purchase orders, including low-value procurement.
- Inspect deliveries to ensure quality and quantity match specifications.
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with standard storekeeping concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Accurate mathematical computation skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Business Studies or Diploma in Procurement Management.
OR
- COSC with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Position: Customer Relation Officer
Department: Administration
Reports To: Administration Manager
Duration: 3 Months (Temporary)
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Relation Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers identified as ‘at risk,’ and exploring upselling opportunities wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relevant information systems, including Helpdesk and CRM.
- Provide regular reports to line managers and/or Directors on account progress and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop case studies of existing customers to drive new business.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel.
- Strong background in customer service with a tenacious and resilient attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
